I dont know why but I noticed that right when the team came out. The tiny flag saying LSU on it looks like crap and really cheap in my opinion.

Wow, that looks awful. Even McNesse had better looking flags. Did we not have 6 cheerleaders who could run out with the T-I-G-E-R-S flags?
They should also bring back the giant state flag like we had in 2005.

Looks cheap and tacky, like much of the stuff the athletic department has come up with lately. Not sure why the change was made, but he big Tiger Eye flag followed by the individual gold flags spelling "Tigers" should've been kept. I love the giant flags that most schools use. I believe we had one with the old Tiger logo on it, but that was years ago.

I personally prefer the white Tiger Eye flags the color guard used to carry over the striped ones they had last night.

Did I see some of the fireworks shoot into the stands in that video? Far left side of the display seemed to misfire into the stands

Those flags are a turn off. So was the new "Saturday Night in Death Valley". Also, what happened to Bish I'm from Louisiana. They are changing too much in pregame just for the sake of changing things.

i cant believe im getting this angry over flags but im right to be because this is bullshite. it would be better if there were no flags, all this does is draw attention to the fact that they suck

all things considered, it would be ironic if something happened to one of those flags and they used the ones they did because they had planned for this sort of thing and had a contingency in place

Don't they run onto the field with "L-S-U T-I-G-E-R-S" spelled out.. not just Tigers?
If any of the L-S-U flags were messed up they should have run out with just TIGERS. If any of the TIGERS flags were messed up they should have run out with just L-S-U.
I hope they'd be smart enough to do that. But who knows. Hopefully the terrible tigers flag is a backup.
