He’s not going to transfer this late in the process. Plus there’s a good chance if he’s not the starter on Sunday he still gets some playing time at some point this season. Let’s let it play out before we start worrying about it.

Why transfer?
If Daniels gets hurt or plays poorly, Nuss will get a chance to start
You've got a lot more of a chance to play under those circumstances than you do transferring somewhere the week the season starts.

If he doesn’t start I think he will transfer, but it won’t be until after the season. And even if he isn’t the starter come Sunday whose to say he wouldn’t be by the end of the season? If Daniels gets hurt or struggles he will be the guy.

Makes zero sense. Especially if you’re the number 2. Also Kelly has said it’s most likely both will play regardless. But people love spouting off that line regarding Nuss.

Not this year. Even though you can enter portal at any time during the year you can't actually transfer to certain dates.

When I pointed out that the deadline passed months ago he said Nuss would just sit out the 2022 season because that would be better than continuing to play for a staff that didn’t recognize his greatness.
It’s like Groundhog Day around here. A shitload of spam threads/posts from people who don’t know the rules, and apparently don’t have much interest in being educated on the rules either.

It was especially ground hog day with that dude, he would literally copy and paste the same shite in every QB thread. I can’t count how many times he posted “he will transfer so fast it will literally make Brian Kelly’s head spin”. He(I use that loosely bc I legit think it may have been a bot) was a broken record.

For one thing, the only legitimate reasons he would transfer would be he thinks he was not given an honest chance to win the job, or Daniels is significantly better and he has no chance to beat him out. There is absolutely nothing that suggests either of those scenarios is remotely in play here.
IF he were to transfer for any other reason, it would be personal (i.e. hurt feelings, grass is greener, he doesn't like it here), and he and LSU would be both be better off in the long run if he did. And like the previous scenarios, there is nothing to suggest that this is the case.
