Baseball is always an unpredictable but game 3 of a potential sweep is even more so. You would think their pen is burnt but this is the sort of game where unexpected performances can be expected.

I think just the opposite...they will be playing very hard to try and avoid sweep and get a much needed win to keep them in the top 8 talk. They play Tenn next week, so they need every win they can get. LSU will come out with nothing to lose and hopefully the bats stay hot.

just have a feeling that Arkansas is demoralized after two straight walk-offs and we roll today. Maybe I'm wrong and have just jinxed us.

I think they will come out and try to compete. I think Evan’s will be dealing and make it difficult on them, but they will compete.

I see 2 story lines in today’s game…
1. LSU hasn’t been great offensively, and lacked consistency. Could LSU be getting hot at the perfect time to roll into post season?

2. They need to pick themselves up off the mat, and get back in the fight, otherwise their season could tank.

What roster will rise to the occasion?

Much better odds that we come out flat and Arkansas is desperate to get home without getting swept.

They have dropped a lot of series to be the best team in the country.

Typical of this team, I think we lose today. We have won the series and Arkansas needs the win more than we do. I expect them to be flat.

If we lose today, Jay sucks and he needs to fire Yeskie and then himself.

More times than not, when the first two go the way they have, for some weird reason, game 3 is the hardest to get the win

Well coached teams don’t roll over

I don’t know much about the Arkansas bullpen, but I would think being down 4-0 so early against Eyanson, Van Horn has probably saved his best guys for today. This is with the exception of Gaeckle.

aTm starter last Sunday had over 6 ERA. See how that turned out. LSU GOT to be ready to go mentally, NO letdown!!

I don't care if we run-rule Arky again today, or win with another "RBI strikeout" with two out in the ninth. The important thing is -- just win, baby.
