Anybody get 2012/2014 ptsd when bama scored late in the 4th quarter and in overtime?

I’m not going to lie, when we couldn’t sack Bryce Young and he threw that long touchdown pass late in the game and when bama scored in overtime, I got 2012/2014 ptsd vibes. I was like

It was in OT that I just kept thinking about how they always beat us in these games, especially when the tipped ball was ignored.

Yes.
I was waiting for them to beat us like they always do. #24 deserves the biggest of game balls.
My heart wasn't ready for another gut wrenching loss.

I feel like the whole stadium did. That TD sucked the life out of the stadium until we went down and scored again. Everyone was thinking it was over and we’d lost again to bama very similarly to 12/14

Big time.
I had to consciously calm myself to watch the last 20m lmao

I definitely did. I couldn't believe it was happening again as it was unfolding. They played their hearts out all game and I couldn't stomach another repeat of those, not after this effort.
But this team is made of different stuff. And they pulled that shite out. I really love this team man. This isn't the most talented LSU team and isn't going to go down as the most accomplished LSU team. But idk if I've ever been prouder of the growth and transformation of an LSU team more than this year's. It's really a special team that deserves to be remembered, and one that hopefully will be the one remembered that paves the way for a juggernaut for years to come

That atmosphere tonight was 2012 all over again except this time we won. That go-ahead TD in regulation even put them up 21-17 - the same score Bama won by in 2012. INCREDIBLE atmosphere.

Yep, then when we scored after that, I knew we left too much time on the clock. I thought that was it, Bama was gonna walk off with a TD.

Hell yeah. Got PTSD so bad I started mixing up Alabama with Afghanistan.

Yes. But that one play TD response by jD in OT was incredible

No doubt. I thought when they scored the TD in OT it was over. Then JD5 runs for the TD even though there was a pretty good no call hold on the TE that broke him for the TD. I was holding my breath until the 2 point conversion was over with.

BK made a risky call that influenced the outcome and beat the refs at their own game.
frick the refs. Each and every one of them.
