I'll be honest, If Max was the QB returning I would have been pretty pessimistic going into the season. Watching his statue self get sacked on key third downs or his lack of ability to win a game in an environment like Tuscaloosa, he lost that game single-handedly.

How did he not know that Bech was his outlet on the back side? I think he may have a serious shot at starting in CS. I don't believe Haynes King is really worth a crap either.

Here's to 2022!!

Brennan is a baller. A straight gun slinger. Hope he can stay healthy.

There was one against Auburn where TDP was all alone on the same side. I know Max is a lefty but just take a peek over there.

This is Brennan throwing against defensive powerhouse Missouri. He had Terrance Marshall and Arik Gilbert to throw to, but still lost the game because he couldn't get it in the end zone on four attempts inside the five at the end of the game.

Max made an equally good throw to a less talented receiver to beat A&M in that game. Just keep kidding yourself, we will see next fall.

You mean the first read stare down, throwing off the back foot, fadeaway?

Go watch his H.S. film. He has some of the same throws.

You mean him battling a relentless pass rush all night just to dust himself off and throw a perfect game winner? That crap?

And are we to actually believe Max has never made a throw like the one Myles made in that gif? Easy deep throws with plenty of time against a bad defense and a DB who completely whiffs in a game we lost is the standard?

It’s all emotion, all the time around here with absolutely no sense of reality.

I mean it’s no Columbia.

27 TD’s to just 6 int’s is not indicative of someone who sucks.

He wasn’t great.

He definitely didn’t suck.

Based on what? He had two good games against crap teams, one of which we lost.

The “legend” of Myles Brennan is one of the goofiest and most bizarre love fests I’ve ever seen with this fan base. We all want him to be good—but why are so many people acting like it’s already been proven? We know NOTHING about how he’ll do in big games in hostile environments against legit defenses. We’ve never seen it. But everyone is completely sold, site unseen. Why?

It’s more about the eye test with him. He throws the ball with a lot of velocity and made throws max Johnson has never seen

Because when he drops back he turns back to his blind side. This aggravated me so much and it’s part of the reason he took so many sacks. I’m just a joe blow, how did the coaching staff not fix this?

Which have led to a 1-2 record as a starting QB, against MS State, Vandy, and Mizzou.

You rantards are more impresses with arm strength over wins.

LSU lost because of their shite defense. Did we watch the same games?
