Not only them, but arguably the best RB and WR to ever play the game are from MS also, in Walter Payton and Jerry Rice.

Well Mr. LSU football lover let's just leave it at this. You keep doing you and I will keep doing me and let's see who turns out to be right in the end. I am sure we will have many more fun conversations overy the next 4 years but you can bank on thing, because of MB I am now a NEW huge LSU TIGER fan. Heck I even went to a couple of basketball games just to get into the swing of thing's and I watched every baseball playoff and world series game and pulled for LSU all the way...I hope you had a great Fourth of July..let's stay in touch

I was, and will be an a fan no matter who the qb is. Will You?

I thought any Tiger fan would be a welcomed Tiger fan. Yes I am new to the Tiger fan club and I was brought here by my interest in Myles Brennan. I have since met the other qbs and several other players at other positions. I have had the privilege to meet coach Canada and some of the other coaches and yes I am now a "TIGER" fan albeit a new one. I figured none of us was born a Tiger fan you had to grow into it in one form or another. I just happen to be the new kid on the block and yes my interest is MB and the qbs but I have grown to love the excitement and enthusiasm of the Tiger fans and now I where the purple and gold proudly and consider myself a fan now and forever. I never pull against any young man with the hopes that another one will do better. Just like anyone with a personal connection I just pull harder for the one that I know and hope he does well. If he can't get the job done so be it, I will still be a Tiger fan. But know this I do not post BS. I only type what I know to be true from the contacts I have or first hand knowledge. Other than where I state my opinion you can check out anything I post as a fact and it will be factual. Hope to see ya in the Valley!!!

I don't care who the QB is as long as we get better production from them in the next few years than we have in the past few years

Don't get me wrong there have been some awesome athletes and great qbs that have come out MS in the past. Maybe I should have made myself clear. When I posted that in the back of my mind I was thinking not many qbs come out of MS and play for LSU...

LSU could get 3,000 yards and 25 TDs out of this guy. I'm excited.

Approximately 99% of the attempts at humor on this board are miserable failures. You're a perfect example. I know you try. Can't fault you for that. But try, try, try to give us something unpredictable, something fresh. It's almost never seen here.

Jack Hunt?
Never be ready in time?
Less has lost control?
Inb4?
ESPN Hates LSU?

If you want to be funny, be funny. Give us something.

So were Rohan and Jamarcus a RB/athlete or did they not have skills reading defenses? Or were they just omitted for some OTHER reason?

The guy said MB was the first true QB recruited in quite a while. Jamarcus was 11 years ago and Davey was 15 years ago. i would say 11 years is quite a while.

Take your race baiting posts to the OT.

He will be ready mentally and physically going into fall camp. I have personally seen him, this Summer, at LSU throw the ball 60 yards on a frozen rope right on target, not once but all day long. His velocity and accuracy is as good as if not better than ever. In his first rep in 7on7 last week he was 10 for 12 for two touchdowns and no ints, with the ones. If you don't believe me ask around to whomever has been at those workouts. Brennan may not start this year but he will see play time. And he is the future quarterback of the LSU Tigers. You might as well just write it down now.

If what you say is true it's a little difficult to believe that this guy can't beat out Etling. They're both starting from the same point learning this offense.
