Here's a newsflash for your dumbass. In general, people of all races are equal at birth. What forms good or bad citizens is the atmosphere they grow up in. For whatever reason (and there are a few that can apply), IN GENERAL more blacks grow up in a less than ideal atmosphere than other races. The reason 175% of violent crime is committed by blacks has NOTHING to do with them being lesser than, and EVERYTHING to do with how they AREN'T raised properly.
