We should never wear purple helmets, gold jerseys, or purple pants.

Been there, done that. The Tigers wore that same uniform twice in 1957, and twice in 1959 (all road games). The Rant didn't go apoplectic back then and "rant on" about TRADITION.

You have to change uniforms before you start the game. It's when you're at the team select screen. Same menu where you can change weather/time/playbook.

Tiger Rag (dad had a subscription for many years) was as useless then as it is now.
Don't recall much discussion about alternative uniforms because there were not as many back in the day as there are now.

BTW.....As a militant Traditionalist, Butter Kreme's recent comment that he "Doesn't care about the Uniforms" (When talking about the White-Canary Yellow-White uniforms and the teams "Leadership Council" voting to wear them) is very bothersome and troublesome.
That's showing no respect for LSU's uniform tradition. It's just spitting on it

The helmet is a different shade of gold and the stripes don't match, so this is probably what it would look like.
