That was big, you always tell your infielders to knock them down with a runner at second

Ok explain to me why this was the right move....cause it sure doesn't feel like it. Im fricking tired of our coach being a slave to the line up he drew up a few days ago...go with the hot hand and just win the fricking game

That was a great play. It doesn't really matter he didn't come up with it clean because he probably wasn't getting that runner at 1st after that dive. Knocking it down saved the lead.

My guess is that Mainieri planned on Floyd coming in as a second closer to try to develop him for later in the season.

George is not a guy I like inheriting runners. And Milazzo had trouble with his breaking ball yesterday. I don’t like this move.

Nothing about the way CPM manages these games says that winning is the #1 goal.

It’s the 1st weekend of the season
Everyone is on pitch count / innings pitched limits

And why did they pitch Fontenot yesterday? He’s the guy you need right now to shut the door.

Why is Trent or Fontenot not in the game? Pitch these freshman in games with big leads to get them reps.

This is good experience, I’d like to see how George does in a stressful situation
