The LSU loss was a respectable arse whipping. Nothing to be ashamed of. But the Kentucky loss… that is something they should be crying about. That’s a good way to get fired as a coach

By point margin it is their worst loss since 2019 LSU beat them down. And at least for that game you can just say 2019 LSU was one of the best teams of all time. Before that you have to go back to the 59-0 Bama beatdown, which again were SEC champs and made the 4 team playoff. That 77-0 game was from an OU team with a Heisman QB that made the natty.
The jury is still out on this LSU team. Will they win the SEC and make it to at least the Final 4 like those other teams? Maybe. But we were coming off a loss, had lost Green and Spears, lost Whit in the game, and our QB was playing on 1 leg. It didn't seem like a game they should suffer a loss comparable to those other 3 mentioned losses. Yet it still happened and could have been worse if not for a missed FG and dropped TDs, that's gotta be disturbing to them lol.
I also didn't realize this at the time but Kiffin was 3-0 against them at Ole Miss, and was also 3-0 against them as OC at Bama (including the aforementioned 59-0 game). Now 1-0 against them here. I know it's fashionable for all non-LSU fans to hate Kiffin right now but reading some of the stuff on TexAgs they're really pissed he landed at LSU, and best of all they helped usher that reality in
