The stupid cheer during our Alma Mater pushed what little remaining respect I had for those clowns over the edge. It’s a clown show of inappropriately ring knocking, self admiring, 2nd tier (in every aspect - sports, academics, brand, etc) organized delusional weirdos.

The only reason A&M was /is a legit threat is because of the money they can offer recruits. NIL has made teams like them, texas tech etc... have a chance at recruits. I mean look where they are ranked in team recruiting ranking. Do you seriously think kids from across the nation would consider them or Texas tech if not for suitcases full of money? I think once the salary cap type thing hits college football then you will see them drop back to their bottom to middle of the pack spot in the conference.

They fooled themselves into thinking that last year is how things were going to go forever. They think we’re a little ol’ small school and they’re a powerhouse. These guys are truly delusional. The reality is the record is 10-5 in our favor since they joined and that’s with the BS 7 OT win they were gifted.

It is their worst loss ever as a ranked team. I heard this yesterday on the radio. In the history of their school they had never lost to a ranked team as a ranked team by this wide a margin.

I don't want to take anything away from our guys but the Aggies looked awful in every phase from start to finish. Their QB could not hit the broad side of a barn and the few times that he did the receivers dropped it.
They just looked all out of sorts from start to finish. If I were a fan of theirs, and THANK GOODNESS I'm not - I would have very little hope for the rest of this year and given the process I've seen the so far this year.....beyond.

This was us last year at this time.
But when you have something like "Battered Aggie Syndrome" being a common theme or statement in college football, there is something to it.
I have lots of friends and co-workers in DFW that are Aggies and I just quietly sit back and just stick to the games. They are too nice to trash talk too.
Although when we lost to them in the 7 OT game where we got screwed by the refs.....our director walked by and saw me and made some comment about them beating us. I told him, "It took ya'll 7 years and the refs to do it".
