Relief. That’s what I felt when we beat Wisconsin bc I knew this defense was finally behind us. That was some painful shite. And I know it was for the players, too.

So Baker went to Missouri to be safety coach 2 years ago before getting DC promotion because Kelly decided Kerry Cooks was a better safety coach.

I wasn't around practice under House, but I wonder if he ran it more like the NFL and just did thud and didn't do much full tackle. other teams tackled better. some college players still need to work and develop that technique.

This year's defense, for the most part, looked like they wanted to go somewhere and hide. It was embarrassing.

In hindsight yes BK made a mistake. All the while piling up 20 wins in a major rebuild.
Give me a HC who doesn’t double down on his mistakes and takes swift corrective action any day over stubborn arse types like Miles and O.

If the defense would run through a brick wall for him….O would still be the coach and he would have never been let go 2 yrs ago.
