Unfortunately, nothing is changing for at least another 3-4 years. LSU cannot afford to do anything but sit back and watch.

Y'all quit whining. The margin in the sec is so razor thin. If we closed out one game at Texas AM where nuss choked. And had 3 losses and was ranked 17-20. It would be better??

LSU should be in the Top 20. The committee just does not appropriately weight schedule strength. LSU should be ahead of Missouri and, maybe, Ole Miss. With better luck with injuries LSU is right there in the mix. As it is, they could end up only 1 game out of first in the conference. They aren’t as far off as “not in the CFP Top 25” makes it appear.

Yet here we are with a different coach, with a huge buyout, and not a relevant thing to show for it.
If subpar performance is acceptable, there is/was no reason to not make a risky hire like Napier, or some other coach. Kelly was supposed to be the opposite of a risky hire and the opposite for Coach O.
