Ticket cost isn't a problem.

It's the distance. Too far to drive and too costly to fly.

Even skymiles would take up more than I'm willing to use for an 11:00 a..m. kickoff in AZ.

Trick for getting past usher is to be wearing a blazer and have an OT 9 in front of you while youre double fisting drinks. Just walk confidently by and pretend to point out the row to your date loudly.

"Babe, were in row 17 to the right". Time it so there are people in front of you that the usher is already checking. Works ~ 90% of time.

This will keep lots of LSU fans away. It sucks, but it's true. If it was a playoff game, fans would be willing to pay higher prices for flights or to road trip, but not for a regular bowl game.

LSU has only sold 8,000 of their 12,000 allotment as of this morning.

Said it before the game. Not going to Arizona to watch LSU vs UCF. If it was Michigan I would have for sure went

Love it. And some of the usual folks are trying to get face value for tickets on the ticket exchange.

UCF excites me more than I thought before the matchups were decided. I wanted UM sure. But this team is on a 26 game winning streak and beat a very good AU team last year handily. They have earned the right to be called elite. They are a top 20 program right now and should be mentioned when talking about the top tier CFB programs rt now.

That's about what I expected. Considering that some fans won't buy their tickets from LSU, we will probably have between 10-12K fans at the game. That's better than we've done in the past few years, but still pretty bad, considering this is the best bowl we've been to in almost 10 years. I think we would've had a much better fan turnout at the Peach Bowl, if for no other reason than Atlanta is an easier and cheaper destination for most Tiger fans.

Got my seats yesterday, paid $39x2 for 40-yd-line up high. There are currently more seats available on the LSU side of the stadium than on the UCF side... that could imply that there may be more UCF fans than Tigers.

We're driving down from Salt Lake, staying New Year's Eve in Vegas, getting to Glendale in time for the game, then heading to Sedona AZ for the night, on the way back to Utah.

Super excited to see LSU live, in-person for the first time in a couple of years!

Meh, one team wanted it way more than the other. That's the issue with trying to take any meaning out of the non playoff bowl game results. The UCFs of the world are hyped for these types of games, and we have star players sitting

I find it remarkable just how off Mosconas opinions can be when reading the pulse of the fanbase

He first said "he knew" lsu fans would rather play UCF in the Fiesta rather than Michigan in the peach.

Lol moment 1

He then said this will be a marquee game for lsu fans like Green Bay was due to the epic venue of Arizona being new. His guess was 30-35k lsu fans would make the trip

Lol moment 2

I think a lot of people do agree with this though. I thin UCF is a more winnable game, and ending their streak would be nice. Of course if we lose...

LOL. UCF will lot have as many fans as LSU will atake the Fiesta bowl. Some of you are just dumb. Our fan base is absolutely huge and we travel well. UCF has a very small fan base and can barely file their pussy little stadium they play at in Orlando during their undefeated streak and "national championship" run. UCF is a joke. They're not near the program that LSU is and that includes their fan base and fan support compared to ours. "UCF will have more fan's there than LSU" Lol. Gtfo with that stupid shite.

UCF's football stadium seats 45000. They barely ever sell it out even on this winning streak that they're on right now. They MAY bring 10000 fans to arizona for this game. Let's not make them out to be something theyreally clearly not...that is, a big time football program. They're a glorified Tulane.

$13 Fiesta Bowl

Well, it is a 3-loss team and a G5 team in a NY6 bowl.
