His coaching or lack thereof is a big reason this team is struggling. I don't think he's a bad coach, but he's not absolved of blame because he lost players. That excuse to fall off a cliff doesn't work for other coaches, there's no reason it should for Jay.

Still time to turn things around, but it's getting unlikely by the week.

Yea game 3 has been bad. But could be 5-7 easily. Relax

I believe this team is one of the top underachieving teams based on their talent (recently anyway). I don’t know if it’s one of the worst historicallly?

The close losses are tough and to be expected with the loss of experience. At some point they will start to win those games and even that out but the non-competitive games in game 3 is mainly due to the lack of quality pitching. Pitching that we were going to rely on.
