If I'm remembering that game, it was the most confusing offensive gameplan I'd ever seen. We were still a Les Miles run first team, with a bit more pass mixed in and that day the coaches told Mett to start chucking it deep on every other play. There was a lot of confusing shite that game

Mett played awful. Three interceptions throwing into coverage.
In ‘97 we upset Florida and followed up the next week losing to Ole Miss and QB Stewart Patridge.

Totally different team this year than then. We won't overlook ole miss in promise. Not as long as coach O is still here as our coach, which will be a while. We will kick their arse every season.

Mett kept throwing the deep middle pass into double coverage while the underneath middle was open all night. That was a tough game. Too little too late.
