Me and my brother were there in the middle of UGA fans. They were giving us the business the whole first quarter, but went silent after that! Lol

I remember reading an article where UGA o-linemen were saying Chad Lavalais was calling out UGA’s plays to the defense and it freaked them out because he was almost always right. I think Lavalais’ comment was that he studied film from the first game and they kept lining up the same way. He knew something because our D-line dominated that game.

Was there, it was also pretty cool seeing that preacher from natchez win like half a mil at the Dr Pepper challenge sinking that 40 yard pass.

I went to that game - was sick as a dog so outside of the game, I didn’t do anything but lay in bed in the hotel room watching ESPN.

Never forget staying up in the hotel lobby with other LSU fans watching to see if Hawaii would win and help get us into the title game.
