A little unrelated to the actual gymnastics but related to the meet: The girls are wearing the solid purple leo tonight (one from 2018 super six). It’s one of my favorites and definitely looks lovely in this stadium and under these lights

I blame Jay Clark for this shite show with our dismounts.
Who cares if the dismount is sloppy or never stuck, as long as its an E skill dismount.

Why was dunne so low? We are always terrible against Kentucky and this year literally every team in the sec has had their best meet against us. Also vault judging is super loose.

Are these the scores to expect at nationals with these dismounts? Did they really take two tenths for dismounts for Dunne and alyona? I mean if they are scoring them in the 9.70’s, Dean should have been a 9.50 easy.

As I referred to earlier, this has been going on at Kentucky for a while now. Yup, we did not stick landings, but the scoring is always silly.

Yes I would say this is what I’d expect to see at nationals with the way they’re performing. Except I would have had Bryant a little lower with her dismount and Durante higher.

Should have been 9.85-9.875 at the minimum
Overached on first handstand and slight leg separation on her Maloney, outside of that nothing else.
