I don’t know if it’s just me but PEASE looks physically uncomfortable in her official visit photos at every school except for LSU

That visit was one everyone predicted. What wasn’t expected was having the 9 commits we have before she visited. Many people predicted half our girls to end up at other schools and for us to get Shepard (Ark commit), Vestnys (Utah commit) and Grebenkova (Auburn commit).

That being said, even though we already have 9 (!!!!!!!!!) girls in that class and are hoping for some possible deferrals from our elite girls, I would still love if Claire chose to be a Tiger if that’s where she wants to be. I know it would drive the rest of the gymnastics fan community off the rails, but I don’t care. There’s a reason why our girls don’t really transfer out of LSU, even if they aren’t seeing lineups frequently. They’re clearly very happy here and I love seeing them pick LSU because they genuinely love the school and want to be a Tiger, no matter how much the gymternet may hate on them or try to steal their moment or their joy for wanting to be happy as a Tiger

The Reddit and Discord community have nicknamed Katelyn Rosen “The closer” since it seems as though everytime she’s involved in someone’s recruitment to UCLA, they seem to commit there.

Based on what I’ve seen on social media, it seems like she’s also still been staying in close contact with the other commits to LSU, especially the girls she visited with so maybe they can sway her decision to us in a positive way

Ditto! Not sure if this holds any weight as to where she’s leaning college wise but the only NCAA program her sister follows on Instagram is LSU. I’m trying not to get my hopes up with that tidbit of information but it seems like she’s very close with her sister

Anyone have any inside info or inklings as to when Drusch will announce her commitment? I’ve been checking daily to see if she’s posted anything but so far nothing. I’ve gotten to the point where I’m basically hyper over analyzing everything she does on the app, including who she and her family are following lol

Add emily and Madi to vault and take Elyse out.

I think Haley is a lock for bars (she’s a 4 time national bar champ for God’s sake that’s back to back to back at that). 6th spot I think will go to MADI but who knows depending on health of the team.

Kylie is a lock on beam for me in the leadoff but add Amari Madi and Zoe to that list too (not as locks but depth options especially since Madi has a career high of 9.9 on that event already on a lower scoring team and conference on average vs. the SEC)

Floor looks good though I think for post season, it’s gonna be konnor, kaliya, amari, kailin, Madi and Nina

On another note: Not sure if any of you all saw the video of Emily Innes training a Y1.5 on vault but I’ll link it below. It’s honestly about damn time she’s able to consistently work that upgrade with proper equipment, coaching and training facilities. As our resident LSU fan from Seattle, I’ve been waiting for her to transfer to a bigger school for the last 3 years so she could properly upgrade her vault. I think if she can land it consistently, it could crack the lineup since she honestly probably has the best and prettiest block in the entire NCAA (it’s TEXTBOOK PERFECTION) and has very little built in deductions in her vault.

does anyone know where the coaches stand with kiari and tatum as far as their decision making process? i heard tatum is the only recruit at florida this weekend and i know that visiting with other recruits you’re close with can often heavily sway someone’s decision one way or another. it seemed that both girls are very close with the crew they visited lsu with who all committed on their visit. i wonder if that’ll influence them one way or another
