Good work in your OP.
However, I think that for us to make a comparative assessment of the HCs' first three years, we would need to know the initial conditions with which they started. There's a broad range in these. Moreover, I suspect strength of schedule may not be uniform.
FTR, this era of CFB began in earnest after we were fully integrated, i.e,. around '80-'82.

Les miles would've been the goat at LSU if he wasn't so stubborn with the offense. Elite recruiting, elite defense, even an elite running game

You’re not wrong
If anyone thinks they can look at these numbers alone and determine anything they’re wrong.
which i guess was my point

Elite special teams too and all those nifty trick plays.
Two other points:
1) In hindsight Les was a great hire. If one were to stand on the CFB overlook after '04 and be told over the next ten seasons, you'll get: 3SECW, 2 SECs, 1 natty, and 1 natty runner-up, and never less than 8 wins, we'd all have been satisfied. He could've done better but at the time, that was a win.
2) I've never understood why Les hired Crowton as OC. Crowton's MO was the antithesis of Les's. For a while, Les was willing to accommodate an aggressive approach on offense. But then Perrilloux . . .

I’d probably say Dinardo
Dinardo probably had the toughest challenge of the modern era -
In the "post-Mac" era, so Stovall, Arns and Archer - those 3 coaches put a combined 54 players in the NFL draft over the 1981 through 1991 drafts (excludes the draft after Mac's 1979 season, and the first after Clown Coach's first season), so just under 5 players per draft.
Clown Coach had SIX players drafted after his FOUR seasons, FFS.
Dinardo IMMEDIATELY improved the team by bringing in Faulk and building the team around him and sent 14 players to the NFL after his 5 seasons. Not up to the average of 5 in the 80s, but still set the stage for Saban with a roster full of All SEC/All American/future NFL talent.

So you’re saying (without actually saying) …. What?
That Ed Orgeron was the best coach LSU ever had?
I will bite on that.
Three coaches have won modern National Championships. Saban in year 4, Miles in year 3, Orgeron in year 3. Miles went 12-2 in 2007, Orgeron went 15-0. Therefore, Orgeron is the best coach LSU ever had.

Orgeron also inherited a very talented group of players just like Miles did.
He didn't inherit Burrow.

he inherited some
talent, but brought in Faulk and Booger who were some elite players.

So glad we got rid of this bullshite
If they would have continued winning at those clips, they wouldn’t have been canned.
They didn’t, so they did.

Or Brady
Orgeron's hiring of Joe Brady was the best hire by any head coach LSU has ever had full stop. He brought him in, saw something in him and plucked him away from the Saints at just the right moment to put together the best team in college football history.

We should have fired him!!
walking out of the south endzone after the UAB game, that was the general consensus.

I thoroughly enjoyed being in school during Arnsparger's time at the helm.

C.E. Coates? Dana X. Bible?

Coates coached 1 game not 3 seasons.

My momma was right. A new broom sweeps good. Except in City Hall, of course!

Saban won the sec in year 2 dumbass
We didn't have the history facilities money etc before saban got here. Kelly fricking sucks so far.
Although he was clearly being sarcastic and winning the SEC in year 2 showed us that Saban was the right hire, Kelly hasn't quite sucked looking at his record. Beating Bama and going to the SEC Championship Game in his first season was a great accomplishment because we weren't picked by anyone to do shite coming off of two crappy seasons.
Our D sucked incredibly last year and probably prevented us from challenging for a national championship, but we still had a successful season. The results of the last few weeks have sucked badly and we expect more in year 3, but I can't say he has sucked overall with how fast he turned us back into a solid winner again.
What he might suck at is getting us past 10 wins after a few years. And we do expect that as LSU fans with what he is getting paid. Last week was just atrocious, so it's momentarily tainting any previous accomplishments.

Which ones had National Championships in the first 3 years?

So in line if not better than Saban?
