It’s a lot easier to accept the PI call on Green if the flag isn’t thrown literally as the ref sees the WR pick up the 1st down 7 seconds after the infraction

Also, green completely stopped on his route and the defender purposefully barreled into him. He's allowed to run a route. He didn't block or pick anyone.
