And of course Les calls a damn toss dive that barely gets in on the last play

I was in the north endzone where this went down. Everyone knew what was coming on the final final play with you dive. Can you stop nfl rb ridley tenn?

Everybody seems to forget the 4th down conversion at midfield earlier in that last drive. We had a 4th and 9 with Jarrett Lee at QB. We get a delay of game penalty because we’re out of timeouts (of course) and it becomes 4th and 14. Jarrett somehow finds Terrance Toliver in triple coverage for a 20-yard gain. I’d argue that 4th down conversion was just as valuable as T-Bob’s snap

I absolutely destroyed the setback in front of me. Then I looked up and saw the scared face of the kid sitting in it. At that point, I started to reanalyze my fandom.

Technically #42 for Tenn slammed his helmet down as well.

These Tennessee jackasses next to me went from so happy to so dejected

Still wonder what happened in the championship game against Bama. Why didn't Les give anyone else a chance to win the game?

Still hard to believe he ripped that run on the first play then didn’t do dick the rest of the way. Tennessee bit hard on the fake
To this day, I’m still waiting for Jefferson to be caught from behind. Haha. He looked to be moving in slow-speed, but no one could catch him.

Leave to Les Miles to suck the fun out of Tiger football and still succeed.

I remember sitting there as LSU got somewhere between the 40s on the last drive thinking how we didn't even need to pass the ball due to time remaining on the clock. We had time. We had the full playbook available. Just take your time and go score. Then with each play the clock ticks a little too much.
I remember looking directly down the goal line and people screaming madly and waving their arms as LSU tried to substitute with so little time to do so.
Then when the ball was snapped it was pandemonium. Bottles, shirts, hats, cups, you name it started raining down from the stands. So my friend and I immediately headed to a concourse. It was crowded with people trying to scurry out the stadium.
Then the movement stopped. Everyone was bending down to get a view of a TV in a concession stand when the crowd got loud. We had no idea what was going on. Then we all hear the stadium erupt.
I finally get outside the stadium and had to call someone who was at home to find out what the hell just happened.
