Fixed. Thanks!

right, but to force 4 turnovers against the national champs is pretty impressive. Kindle Vildor is an NFL caliber corner. A large portion of that 600 was in the 4th quarter, so that means that for 3 quarters they hung pretty tough with an offense that is miles ahead of LSU's.

I’ve learned to not even take a whiff of the kool aid. I do believe O is trying hard to change the offense but I have to see it to believe it and see it consistently. If the offense is overhauled like everyone is saying then I completely expect some sloppy play mixed in the first few games at least.

Old school scheme or not, GSU can score on you in a hurry. Also, that 2018 turnover margin is pretty jarring. For a team like LSU that has high hopes for the season and a marquee match-up in week 2, this is the type of game that can go south if the team is distracted.

I'm glad CEO and Joey B seem focused on the gameplan for this week rather than looking ahead.

For some reason I thought they had won 28-7.

Regardless, LSU rolls if the team is focused. Hard to lose focus on game 1 when youve been itching for football for months.

Too much wrong.

It was 3 turnovers. 300 yards in the first quarter and Bryant went out in the second, and true freshmen Lawerence took over.
Their defense was never tough.. Clemson shot themselves in the foot with To’s and missed opportunities.

We play focused we steam roll this team by 40

Dominated App State who went 11-2. That App State team lost to Penn State in overtime 45-38.

I went to both GaSo and LSU. Yes GaSo gets blown out on occasion as does pretty much any mid-major, but it's a pretty good all-time program and made a lot noise early on in the move up to FBS (Lost to NC State by 1 point at GT by 4 points in 2014 and took UGA to overtime 2015), and last year in FCS (beat UF, GaSo was only 7-4 that year in FCS).

Unfortunately 16 and 17 were throwaway seasons for GaSo, but came back very strong in 18 with a new head coach. Coaching stability has been a huge issue at GaSo recently. Jeff Monken was good from 2010-2013 but left for Army and turned that program around. Willie Fritz did a good job bringing GaSo into FBS in 14 and 15 then promptly left for Tulane and he's really turned them around. Then Tyson Summers came in and he was terrible, torpedo'd the program in 16 and 17 and was fired.

10-3 and a bowl win was impressive for us following a 2-10 campaign the year before with a terrible coach. The offense started slow with a mostly freshman O-line last year, a new scheme on offense, and a new OC to boot. Our opening game against Clemson had us in many 3 and outs so their offense stayed on the field most of the day. Still, our defense dug in when it mattered, despite giving up a ton of yards. We progressed well as the season went on, destroying App, but were banged up against Troy, our 1st loss to them since we entered FBS in 2014. We're still a little young, but we have a year of experience coming back. Our defense played well in spurts and should be even better this year. Our offense was lacking last year and is finally starting the season with the same scheme plus a few added wrinkles, so I think we'll give you a better game than you think.

They took Georgia to OT and lost 23-17 back in 2015. We still roll though.

Getting beat 38-7 is hanging in tough with Clemson?

Clemson struggled for a while in that one. Interception, missed FG and fumble were their first 3 drives in that one. It was 24-7 late in the 4th when Clemson got a couple of big play TD's.

If LSU is up 24-7 in the 4th this weekend expect a lot of people to say they are hanging tough. I kind of expect them to hang around for the first half until the depth and talent really come out. I could see us being up 24-7 in the 3rd and running away with it.

Clemson was your third game of the year. You had beaten SC State and UMass handily before the Clemson game

If my memory serves me correct, Ga So is a triple option team, much like GT, w/o a passing game.

They rely on the QB, options, and cut blocking

If the staff has spent any time at all preparing for this game, LSU should win and cover, unless we substitute early.
