LSU currently has the #1 Wide Receiver (Dakorien Moore) in the 2025 class committed to it.

Yesterday, the #1 Running Back (Harlem Berry) in the 2025 class committed to LSU.

On Saturday, the #1 Quarterback (Bryce Underwood) in the 2025 class will almost certainly commit to LSU.

When Underwood commits, LSU will have the #1 ranked recruiting class for 2025.

That's the future. But the present is looking good too.

LSU has the #4 ranked recruiting class for 2024. LSU's 2024 class has six 5* or 4* linemen, including 5* DT Dominick McKinley and 5* OT Weston Davis.

In 2024, the state of Louisiana had one 5* player and ten 4* players. LSU pulled 10 of those 11 players. That is called putting up a brick wall around the state of Louisiana.

Lack of talent was a huge problem before CBK arrived. He's adding talent daily. It's simple math, and the result is clear.

#1 + #1 + #1 = #1

The rumors of BK sucking at recruiting have been greatly exaggerated.

How much y’all want to bet that as the year goes on, all of our #1 ranked players lose their #1 status. If they were committed to Bama, they would somehow get a higher ranking

Shea on 104.5 said Kelly is still looking for one more quality Dlineman and cornerback in the portal. LSU fans who posted that Kelly needs more immediate help from the portal on defense were spot on. Ausberry from Aub just signed with LSU.

Kelly has stated he’s seeking quality over quantity this year. And he seems to be getting there eventually. Hopefully he can persuade Wingo into staying now.

He was close to being rated a 4 star in high school. But, you are correct in pointing that out. Would not be a surprise if Kelly took another cornerback and Dlineman even though LSU’s over the limit now, I believe.

I sure hope so, but I figured Denbrock leaving might have an impact.

I am excited for LSU to get all these huge commitments, but I try to hold off until something actually gets signed.

Just keep going with the OL and dL'

Yes, need talent everywhere but with a great QB and stocked lines you can make do. The opposite is not true.

It's an outlier, bud.

Or, look at it like this; How much better would Michigan or Washington be if they upped the talent on their teams?

Coaching obviously matters, but you really can't teach raw talent.
