How much y’all want to bet that as the year goes on, all of our #1 ranked players lose their #1 status. If they were committed to Bama, they would somehow get a higher ranking

Oh I can assure you that not only Bana players but Ohio state and likely even some Georgia players will “magically jump” them in rankings. Happens every year. It’s all about selling subscriptions and those are some of the largest markets.

No you haevn't.

#1 quarterbacks don't flip. Raiola doing it this year is the exception, and there are many contributing factors there (uncle on staff at Nebraska, switched highschools 4 times in 4 years, committed to 3 different schools).

Harlem Berry is from New Orleans. Frank doesn't lose New Orleans running backs.

Moore is the only one who fits the "flip" profile. As good as he is (he's incredible) WR grow on trees in LA.

LSU currently has the #1 Wide Receiver (Dakorien Moore) in the 2025 class committed to it.

Yesterday, the #1 Running Back (Harlem Berry) in the 2025 class committed to LSU.

On Saturday, the #1 Quarterback (Bryce Underwood) in the 2025 class will almost certainly commit to LSU.

When Underwood commits, LSU will have the #1 ranked recruiting class for 2025.

Yes, that's 2025, and it's very fluid particularly in the modern age. But there is no way this is a negative.

In 2024, the state of Louisiana had one 5* player and ten 4* players. LSU pulled 10 of those 11 players. That is called putting up a brick wall around the state of Louisiana.

Boom.

Kelly has stated he’s seeking quality over quantity this year.

Well he's got more total commitments than anyone in the nation so hopefully he's getting both.

Did you? Find me the last non Raiola top quarterback flip that didn't commit as like a sophomore in highschool/have his prior school have a coaching change (Bryce Young).

Sayin - committed in 2022 and signed in 2024
Manning - committed before his senior year and signed
Clubnik - committed in 2021 and signed in 2022
Ewers - decommitted from Texas following a coaching change, ended up back there after a year at ohio state
Bryce Young - committed to USC in 2018, decommitted in 2019, signed in 2020.
Rattler - committed to Oklahoma and signed there
Lawrence and Fiellds - committed and signed with same school
Davis Mills - committed and signed with same school
Jacon Eason - committed and signed with same school
Rosen - committed and signed with same school
Kyle Allen - committed and signed with same school

You get the picture. Top quarterbacks almost always commit early and sign with that school. Alabama, Michigan, and Ohio State (the main competition for Underwood) all either have their guys or are going to have their guys very soon. Underwood will commit to and sign with LSU.

LSU has the #4 ranked recruiting class for 2024. LSU's 2024 class has six 5* or 4* linemen, including 5* DT Dominick McKinley and 5* OT Weston Davis.

On3 says LSU only has 1 5* committed.

Regardless of stars, the fact that we are getting highly regarded and sought after big men is extremely encouraging. The 2024 class is looking to be extremely solid and 2025 is looking to be exceptional.
