We’re better than both the teams that beat us thus far

That’s the toughest pill to swallow.
Played like shite in the first half of the OM game, couldn’t overcome it in the second half even though we damn near did. It is what it is there.
This Kentucky team is a different story, what a fluke of a loss. Shot ourselves in the foot all damn night and the refs were god fcking awful. At the end of the day, elite teams prevail through the BS and we didn’t.
I don’t really know where we go from here. Are we good enough to win out? Talent wise no doubt, but will we? I thought we would win this game by multiple scores (we should have).
We’ll have a chance to win every game we play from here on out, I just think we lack that killer instinct that elite teams have. Just sucks because I think we are really frickin good.

I’m not sure if we’re better than Ole Miss. we are better than Kentucky though.

In both games we gave up touchdowns on basically the last play of the first half and then ole miss gave up our one touchdown drive in the second half as soon as we got the lead. Kentucky gave up our on touchdown in OT and our longest drive as soon as we got the lead.
Something about the way we play our the way baker calls the defense changes in end of half/got to have a stop situations and we’re terrible

on the road we don’t appear to be. The offense just falls apart and the defense is much worse.
This game is frustrating because of all the shite plays. The point retune, the 30 second tush push
Winnie Watkins being 1 yard short on 3rd
just letting them march down the field .
2 minutes playing soft prevent defense when they just need a Fg to tie.

The end of half defense for LSU has been awful since Baker was hired.

Could and should have won both games, but LSU is not better than both right now.
I'm so pissed about this loss. I was disappointed in the first two Ole Miss game drives being like 3 and out. I think that's right.
