Can’t blame you. I was lucky to go to games as a student, but I live too far away and have too much shite on weekends to go to every game. It used to bug me, but I can’t afford it anyway. 1-2 games a year is nice.

The DJ/music/sound system has done it for me. From my seats in the NEZ it's physically painful and I'm pretty sure it does permanent hearing damage at that level. Ear protection is useless because it comes in through your bones.

The administration had better care. When something starts to go bad, it goes slowly at first, then all at once. By the time the powers that be notice, it's usually too late to do anything about it.
LSU football is a brand. Brands run on reputation. Reputation needs care and cultivation. A savvy marketer would notice more and more of these threads popping up and see red flags that need to be addressed ASAP.

I’d be ok with a loss, but this is just horrible. At least lose with some fight. They got smoked in the 4th qtr. nothing, no fight, not even a sliver of it. Why should the fans continue to show up when the team doesn’t? I’m just about done too.

I used to be a die-hard fan, but now I am completely apathetic to winning and losing. To me the sport is worse in every conceivable way than it was even just a decade ago. The quality of play across the country has gone down tremendously IMO.
Athletic departments begging for donations in this economy for NIL is so embarrassing to me. I remember Moscona having on a big time booster on his show this past offseason and the booster said most of the other big boosters are tired of writing checks to LSU. Well if the millionaire and billionaire boosters are tired of footing the NIL bill already, are the average fans expected to cover these massive NIL bills in the future? Total scam job for a completely watered down product with a 24 team playoff on the way. CFB, you've done you're absolute worst to ruin yourself.
eta: and the conference realignment is beyond comprehension. Empty stadiums galore across the country because teams dont play regional rivals anymore like they used to. Stanford and Miami playing in the same conference. Just a total shitshow. slap in the face of the fans, all in the name to make a bigger buck on the next TV contract with no regard for the long term consequences of destroying historic rivalries. Yuck

The team sucks. Lane and LSU spend all their time giving useless grifters like Livvy a spotlight instead of making the average fan experience affordable and enjoyable.
Don’t want to pay $100 to park? Then you can park in the swamps off River Road and march two miles to the stadium. You get to Victory Hill and it’s nothing but jackasses like Livvy Dunne and Brooks Nader trying to feel relevant again. Then you enter the stadium to listen to a shitty DJ and pay $12 for a Michelob Ultra as you watch a field full of 20-year-old mercenary millionaires get their asses handed to them. After, you leave and sit in traffic for two hours just to go home because LSU somehow still hasn’t figured out contraflow.
Tell me what is enjoyable in that day?
