Currently in 1st with games left vs Tenn, florida, and Mizzou. Stein is a G but LSU would never have the balls to take a chance on an up and comer these days. (They forgot what got them there ). And yet all the fans will say we won the coaching carousel bc kiffin was the only name they knew

No, Kentucky most likely does not win the SEC because even if it runs the table it will likely lose in the SEC Championship game against Georgia.

But you do get an upvote from me because your overall post is good. The coach is doing a great job. Plus Kentucky certainly has a shot, especially if it can upset Tennessee at rocky top.

That’s a solid point. But we could have done very well in the coaching hire even if we didn’t get the absolute best candidate, which is a long way from determined, BTW.

They could easily lose all 4 of their remaining games

I could easily see them losing 2 of those 3. And to Louisville, but that's not and SEC game so....

Their luck will run out and drop 1 or 2 more.

I honestly don't think so. I see Kentucky losing at Tennessee and losing at Missouri. They may also have trouble with Florida in Lexington. Somehow they get to bypass Georgia this year who used to be permanently on their schedule. They're definitely a good team. Much improved but now we will see what happens when the rubber meets the road again. Just my opinion, Kentucky will finish up with a couple of more losses and they also have to play Louisville so we will see. But in my opinion Kentucky does not win the SEC

Kentucky is in every game. But so is their opponent. See Vandy yesterday.

I think they lose 2 more.

You could have made your point without taking a shot at LSU/Kiffin. You’d still be wrong but you would have made your point.

One thing is for sure, it has been so unpredictable in the SEC. That is why I don't get out there and say we are running the table. We have some battles in Nov.
I've never seen so much unlikely wins and surprises in the SEC. You always have team that will jump up and surprise a highly ranked team. But it has happened almost every weekend.
UF beats OM
UK beats LSU
UF beats Texas
USCe beats UF
USCe beats Tenn
Auburn beats UGA

They're going to drop at least one of those. We lost to them, but they are genuinely not that good.

That's if Georgia gets there. They have 3 top 25 SEC teams left and South Carolina left. Ole Miss and SC on the road.

2026 Kentucky reminds me of 2022 TCU. More lucky than good and will get exposed AGAIN when a really good team takes them seriously and doesn’t give them a plus 2 or 3 turn over margin. Ironically that team will probably be UGA who lost to Auburn due to over looking them and turning the ball over. I expect Georgia will beat them half to death!

If Geo beats one of the 7-2 teams in Atlanta, does that 3 lost team make the final 12?
