There is plenty money. The problem with this board is the failure to recognize that everyone has money.
LSU isn't operating in some other world from the big powers and even smaller programs have a lot of money to throw at individual players even if they don't have a huge pool for the whole roster.
Not to mention that LSU needs the budget to replace a tremendous amount of talent that just strolled out the door.

The portal opened 4 days ago and some of you idiots expect us to sign an entire team in a week. Money isn't the the only reason kids chose a school.

Did I miss where the portal class was even close to done? Thanks to BK's horrible roster mismanagement, we're having to fill like 50+ roster spots in the portal. We have to spread it around as best as can so we're balanced.

The money is budgeted for talent acquisition and talent retention. Talent acquisition includes HS recruiting and portal recruiting. Talent retention includes keeping players on the current roster.
The money is being spent pursuant to the budget as Kiffin and his staff determine the needs to be. Some was spent recently on HS recruiting. Some was spent recently to retain valuable players already on the LSU roster. Some was spent very recently to acquire five players in the portal.
More will be spent this portal season. There are several holes on the roster, and the money will be allocated as needed.
Price for the Information: Quit bleeding all over this board.
