so you are under the impression that lane kiffen told him the truth and he went ole miss anyway? that seems right to you
Maybe it would have been a better idea to be patient and develop with coaches who didn’t recruit the other 5 star in state qbs than transfer to a rival no?

Though he will be a great example for Kelly to use to negatively recruit against Kiffin

Is he still dating lane’s daughter

What if Nuss goes pro and the prodigal son comes back home?

He will be good at Southern Mississippi

Anyone can beat out the ULL QB

Played 3 seasons and never been higher than 3rd string. Maybe he’s just not that good.
I said that when he was here and everyone was melting when he was going to leave.

On one hand I never want bad things for a Louisiana son, but on the other I don’t hate watching this kid flounder. He must be very soft.

So you could beat out a D1 scholarship player?

He was trying to fit in with cajun youth culture. I applauded BK for doing his best to fit in even though hes an old yankee!
He’s a Yankee carpet bagger frick that doesn’t belong in the south

A really good kid who insisted on redshirting & complained he wasn't getting reps like a starter.

Someone mentioned in another thread that him to ULL was a done deal. I know sauces
Seems like the worst kept secret in Lafayette

Word I have heard is Walker to Vanderbilt.

Why the hell did Walker leave LSU just to sit? At least Holstein went to Pitt and got playing time. What Walker did was just so dumb.

It would be one thing to leave for an actual starting role or a better path to starting, but sheesh.

you must know something that I dont know
he and his dad insisted on redshirting because he is on the small side, he broke his leg in HS, fell behind in his physical development and needed a year to try to get back on track and fill out
plus he was dealing with losing his mom
I never heard anything about him complaining about starter reps over JD5, I heard he wanted a fair shot at #2, Nuss had clearly passed him by and he left because he wanted a fresh start somewhere else
now how he ended up at ole miss, what he was told and promised by kiffen versus what happened and how he ended up leaving Ole Miss is a whole other story
I wish him the best of luck, it is his life to lead and I hope it works out for him and he finds success

Please please please let him come back home! Louisiana misses this super star and it would just be right for him to play for LSU. We need more louisiana stars and everyone will agree he is one of them!

Perfect example that some 5 star recruits just don’t pan out.
