Did his waiver decision come?

Has anyone who applied ever actually been denied?

I love the idea of this guy developing under Kiffin

Would be hilarious if he blossomed under Kiffin. Portion would have wasted his money.

I'm happy to trust Kiffin to deliver solid QB play next season. My guess would be Trinidad but I wouldn't call it a preference.

You can’t count on Leavitt being ready for the season or playing at a high level even if he makes it in time.

It was a very thin request with little to no evidence. Not sure if they've gotten the response but Ole Miss doesn't expect him to get it.

I think Austin Simmons will be at Miami next year.

Knowing Ole Miss’s petty arses, if they even think Chambliss is going to LSU next year if given an extra year, they will make sure he doesn’t get it by any means necessary

why isnt he just going to enter the draft,is there something physically that is holding him back? is he too small , lack arm strength, or is it something else?

He doesn't have the arm to push the ball downfield in the NFL. I think he can make a team though. He processes very quickly, is accurate, and can make the intermediate throws well enough.

If Austin ends up at LSU, which is possible though I hear it's Miami as of now, then you'll be getting a dude who can make every throw possible at an elite level but he needs a lot of refinement from a processing standpoint.

Leavitt is inaccurate but a good athlete with a lot of experience and someone you can build a team around.

He was originally coming here for far less was my understanding. Kid understands that this college money really isnt anything compared to the NFL, he just got offered a deal by Michigan that would be hard to pass up regardless. Thats generational wealth if he plays it right and he can play for his home state, wouldn't surprise me at all if he leaves and signs a deal not worth that ludicrous amount. Then again he could end up at Miami in which case $$$$$$$.

CJ Bailey looks like Vince Young imo

I’ll trust whoever Lane decides is right.

Leavitt=gamer. Think Trace McSorley, not the most accurate, not the strongest but my God does the dude just win. In fairness I havent watched much ASU, however, being hurt does something to you so who knows.

We need at least 2 QBs, so get Leavitt, Chambliss, or Simmons to be the starter and Underwood to back up and develop. Will need another QB if MVB and Hurley leave.

People are talking about some QB at ODU being a Portal steal. Anyone know?
