We have a talent deficiency on the defensive side that has been there since 2020. Until we catch up on defensive tackle and CB recruiting, we are going to suffer. So I totally agree with what you say, except I am questioning Sloan's upside here. That side has the talent but the play calling in the first two games is lacking.

Perkins is a bonafide NFL star, Weeks will be a top 3 round draft pick, Womack is a physical freak, Penn is a NFL linebacker, Stamps is turning into a star, Sage is finally moving back to safety where he belongs. Talent is there this year man, just a matter of getting everyone where they’re at their best
