That would be a neat trick considering Bama hasn't offered him.

What's the word on him anyway, is the hold up that he wants to play TE?

Staff may not have let him sign today if he is an academic risk...someone on the board said a few months ago that he had grades issues...then, I think it was debunked...

New rules are if they don't qualify academically, it still counts as one of 25...if he signs his LOI.

If he doesn't sign by Friday...looks like grades to me...

He needs to compare salaries of OT's and TE's in the league. I would rather play OT.

If you truly believe that, you just don't know us. Maybe you should sit down with Jacob Hester for a little while.

All day everyday. Isn’t it the second highest paid position right behind the QB?

Can an OT declare every play as eligible receiver as long as another we stays back from LOs? Curious.

Isn't there a summer curriculum at John Curtis for this?

have to have 7 on the line at least. That goes from sideline to sideline.

If he's the last man on LoS, i.e. "uncovered", he's eligible. If covered, e.g. the WR is up on the line, he's not eligible. The only reason he would have to report is the required numbers for position group.

If he's back from LoS, he's a backer and eligible. Still has a number problem, but that's not "tackle eligible". Still have to have at least 7 on the line though.

ETA: so aggravated about Parker. I think he has potential to be a very good tackle. I think he's a natural there. Forget about TE.

Here again, we do not respond to these issues as well as Alabama, which seems to diagnose, react and respond in a manner to make marginal players eligible. We seem to be incapable of handling these issues as well as others....
