this is a great idea if you don't mind 6 hour delays leaving nola or 9 hour delays coming home. The route to Atlanta is the worse route Amtrak has due to the heavy cargo being transported. It starts in NYC goes through Philly, DC, Atl and B-ham. Because Amtrak doesn't own the rails they have no priority over the cargo trains. Hence their constantly being off schedule. If the train is moving its a cool way to travel but their promptness is non existent.
so we have 1-2 spots at most available now. Who is most likely getting processed?
dont do it. I got on the train in slidell and I was 5 hours late getting into Tuscaloosa. I was 9 hours late coming home. its not if you will be late but how late will you be. aside from that it is an awesome ride with friends
no if sonic wants their people tipped then add it to the damn card machine

not sure what all the panic is. Bama is at 28 including young and williams. Assuming williams flips they have 27 and at best 2 spots. I dont think they have room for a 9th DL just to screw with LSU.
