Why does Chambliss need a waiver? I keep looking at his career stats on his Wiki and if correct he for sure has another yr left. Are those stats not correct or incomplete?

Of course if you're an everydayer you already know this.

They are incomplete in that they do not show that he didn’t appear in any games when he redshirted in 2021.

That would be my point that with the 5 to play 4 rule he does not need a waiver.

2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. There is the 5 to play 4. He needs to win the appeal in an injury redshirt to get another year.

Those are very uninteresting comments

His Wiki does not have 2021 listed

The first sentence in that is completely unnecessary.

Today's NIL..make your current school nervous..chum the water$ with other possible $uitors..
Sad, but the currently reality.

Lacy feels like a guarantee
I'd love to have him, but honestly if we keep our current two then we are going to be in great shape and I look for both to take off next year, especially Berry. Spend that $$ on a QB or OL, or WR

Chambliss and Lacy are coming to LSU. Book it.

I fully expect Lacy to be at LSU next year and it will be a very nice pick-up for you guys.
I'm not confident Chambliss gets his medical waiver. They submitted it with very flimsy evidence. They're counting on the NCAA to just accept that the D2 program didn't take good notes. Not sure if Chambliss would follow Weis or not. He's very close to QB coach Joe Judge at Ole Miss.

2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 are his 5 years to play 4. He needs a waiver for a 6th year in 2026.

Yeah….Nooooo. We lost 2 backs to the portal. You can’t go into the season with 2 running backs and one of them being injury prone….runningback is a high injury risk position.

IMO, this take is correct. The boy can play but in the NFL physical tools are more valuable.
