This guy is pretty good. I'd go for him if I was LSU in the portal.

He actually played a little inside backer his freshman yr i believe.
Definitely has some quick twitch athleticism off the edge.
Edit: i spoke too soon. Don't think this is the guy we want. Has some great athleticism but doesn't seem to be the linebacker lsu should be after.
Ugwoegbu played 919 snaps this season for the Sooners, third on the team behind Stutsman (993) and White (955). Of the 17 OU players who played at least 250 defensive snaps, Ugwoegbu’s overall Pro Football Focus grade of 51.1 was the lowest on the team, as was his grade in pass coverage of 44.2.
Ugwoegbu posted the third-most missed tackles of any defender (14), but his percentage of missed tackles (12.4) was fifth-best among players with at least 250 snaps, per PFF.
Definitely has some quick twitch athleticism off the edge.

Slow footed and bad in coverage as a traditional LB. Was best at OU when he was playing the edge role but they had him at a more traditional LB spot and he struggled with missed tackles and covering as he’s not the fleetest of foot as a traditional LB

This guy is an instant take even if he only has one year. We need able bodied that are ready to play now. Add a grad student for a year and then regroup in recruiting next year and try to sign 4-5 guys.
