Nuss is the truth. Great tape. Does he remind anybody of Joe?

Two legs, two arms, throws the football. Yes, he reminds me of Joe.

Joe is pretty fricking big. So physically, no, not really.

Not physically but his game does resemble joes in a few ways
Accurate
Great pocket awareness, moves well when pressured
Coaches son, which makes for high football IQ

He isn’t Joe. Don’t put that on him.

Garret’s film is pretty damn strong. Loves throwing on the run. He’s still in HS. Don’t know Joes size as HS senior but would think Nuss might grow a little before suiting up for Tigers. Anyway, the kid looks legit. Hope we are able to continue his development at next level. Can’t wait to see him in P&G!

Nah, arguably Sheas biggest weakness (lack of pocket presence, ability to read coverages, and IQ) are Garrett’s biggest strength. Shea bailed from clean pockets routinely and was a reason he struggled so much.

That's not really fair to the kid at all.

If Brennan turns pro early I think this kid can start as a art. FR.? Early enrolle of course.

Nah wouldn’t want him to start as a freshman. I think at that point you’d hope Max Johnson would be ready. If neither he or Finley is ready you hit the portal for a rent a QB for a year or two then move to Nuss after a couple years in the program. He’s not a start as a freshman kinda guy but I do think he’s gonna start and be good for us during his career

I doubt he would declare after only 1 season as a starter. He'd have to put up Burrow numbers to even consider that. And if he did put up that type of production we would have our pick of top QBs going forward.
