IMO I think it's fine to leave Ricks out right now. They are petrified about what Florida and Alabama will throw his way over the coming month. Just a big time wild card.

That being said I dont know why the confidence around Harbor is enough to have him in. He still hasnt visited here and is pushing his visit out further because we are going to the CCG, and that one seems like a bigger stretch than Ricks even with Ricks taking some big visits coming up.

Who knows though, maybe we do end up with Harbor and no Ricks.

After the Harbor interview you can't help but think he will fall in love with LSU when they get him on campus. Top facilities in football and track. As for the Desmond Ricks predictions, we will just have to sit back and wait to see if the kid makes a football decision or business decision. After the Bama game, I do feel more confidently in LSU's chances at landing him.

I understand Harbor is a world class athlete but is he a football player?

I want him as a DE. To me he's more track than football but that could all change when you get him on campus. But dude loves track.

That’s a bummer. It seems like they think he’s going to heavily weigh his NIL options when making a decision. I still have hope because it appears as if we are his leader outside of the NIL realm. We really really need some lock down corners in this class.

Dude is 6-5 225 lbs and has world class speed. I don't care what he is you would rather have him than not have him playing in P&G. They will find a place for him to play but you absolutely take him. Do not over think this

Wouldn't be a surprise. I just never felt the Ricks to LSU chatter.

Harbor has freakish speed for his size... actually for any size, but unbelievable for his size

Both still think LSU is the leader for Ricks (where have we heard that before), but like someone else said they're just airing on the side of caution because they know that recruit really doesn't $tart until he gets back from his official vi$its.

Would Ricks go to Bama or Florida if not us?

It’s obvious BK is a better HC than Sunbelt Billy and Saban is retiring soon

If you look at their “prediction” articles they’ve posted the last month or two they have typically been very, very conservative.

I joined that site for a $1 and it’s been well worth it for current info - it’s very good. But I get the sense that these guys get more info from recruits and parents than they do from LSU insiders. Which is good in some ways, but not others. They don’t stick their neck out with unrealistic picks, but they’re also not privy to all the info and even if they do have it (DJ Chester) they don’t spill the beans.

Like everything in recruiting, take it with a grain of salt.

On3 believes NIL will be a huge factor with Ricks and both those schools are threats.

I’m not suggesting Harbor is not a take. Not at all.

I should have just ask for film on Harbor instead of asking is he was a football player. My bad.
