I think WR is the position with the most "busts" (for lack of better terms) from HS to college. That is why schools recruit so many each year. DB runs a close second. Guys look unstoppable in HS because of their pure size and speed. When they get to college, you have to run precise routes, and a lot of kids struggle with that. You have to understand the coverages, and what route to run, etc. So you get these 4 and 5 stars that don't play and fans scream why isn't so and playing. It's because they probably are understanding what they need to do each play.
