You suggested that because few of the current/anticipated averaged double-figures last season that correlates into LSU likely having a low scoring team this season. I'm simply pointing out the numbers have shown Wade's teams generally tend to score a lot of points. So simply saying guys A, B, and C scored less than 10ppg last season (for another coach and another team) that means they will struggle to score under Wade seems a bit too simplistic. There are a LOT of variables that can change those numbers. Hell, Wade's best known LSU transfer, Tari Eason, went from scoring 7 ppg at Cincinnati to over double that at LSU (17 ppg)

I was responding to the comment they will play a lot of Syracuse zone which was in response to someone stating they will play four centers at one time. The fact that most of the recruits were not double digit scorers iss a valid concern, but I agree there may be relevant reasons. They may have all played roles that di dnot require them to score a lot of points, but if so its a big assumption to think they will suddenly become prolific.

I have seen the comment about how Tari Eason boosted his scoring from 7 to 17 PPG. Are there other examples of such or was this a one off? It seems the best strategy is to focus on recruiting a few bucket getters rather than assume there might be a team of Tari Eason like developments. I don't care how they get there just get enough scoring to win, whether that is outscoring teams in 80 point games or winning a bunch of defenseive dogfights.

they only say it after a loss because they are parroting what they see on this board and think it makes them look smart. Usually both teams played the same style, but one team mad a couple more baskets or got more favorable officiating.

Sorry you can’t see the obvious. What you did was add context for everyone else besides Wade.

Insane he is just signing with a team. RMIII would pull off dunks or blocks and you’d say “the light has come on”…next game goes 0/1 with 1 Reb 4 fouls in 12 minutes.
