Can’t help but wonder if a friend forwarded Sopsher this thread and it caused him to post the 2 worst words in sports.

I never said he was absolutely coming to LSU...I was not convinced he was "all Bama" until his latest tweet...
I do believe it is clear now that he is going to Alabama, the fix is in, and they have taken the $$$...
NCAA needs to go to work, but I don't believe that will happen with Mark Emmert being Saban's buddy.

I seriously doubt that I "flushed" the Sopsher's out into making a public statement...However, on the odd, remote chance it's true, as a "real" LSU fan (as opposed to several alters/Bama fans posing as LSU fans on this site that post in the recruiting forum)...that's great...gives LSU plenty of time to find an alternate recruit that I hope turns out to be a better player for LSU.

Saw video of the Ika kid, he is a run-stopper elite. Probably not gonna have many sacks at the next level, but playing nose in a 2 gap tech he will control the line inside the guards. That's what LSU really needs on the dline anyway. With our athletic ends we just need 3 dlinemen who can plug gaps, make some tackles and take up blockers so our MLB can make tackles. From his video, Ika would be perfect nose in Arandas defense.

That Saban won't cut some DLmen that are currently verbals and take Sopsher?

What you little recruiting bastards (only a few on this board) don't like is someone new with different opinions with low post counts upsetting the apple cart (You don't know me, I'm not in "the club" or part of your clan - I don't give a shite...I'm not new to this board regardless of my post count. And, I humble myself to God and my Boss...that's enough...I sure as hell don't owe anyone on this board a damn thing and I'm not going to kiss any of your asses.
And, I don't want anyone kissing my arse...
It ain't over til it's over...Sopsher may belong to Saban now, but things could change "if"...that is "IF" we beat Bama. I'm not giving up hope we can break the trend of Saban raping our state of the best talent.
Some of you are like prison figs...after you have been forced to give it up, you just continue to take it and roll over with no fight. Orgeron has to break the cycle/trend.

But the fact is Saban is far more obsessed with LSU - in part because Bertman told him to eat rocks when he wanted to come back in 06, but mostly because he realizes the only legitimate threats to his dynasty in the SEC are LSU and UGA. LSU is higher on his list as he doesn't play UGA every year, and knows he can absorb a 12-1 season with a sec-c loss to undefeated UGA.

Not really. Alabama can take 28 guys this year. LSU can only take 25. Did you take that into consideration?
