Talked about a visit in the upcoming weeks to see facilities and campus. Talked about the lack of talk with FSU and the upcoming Playoffs in Jacksonville tomorrow night. Kimo was told that the OL is very thin and his presence is definitely needed. Kimo has also mentioned that he is looking forward to Cajun food of many varieties. Just wanted to share after talking to dad today.

What position are they talking about with him.

Is he open to playing center?
I know he can play guard

Did you go to the game vs Buchholz? I was amazed at the score when I checked playoff results on Saturday. Navarre’s coaches shite the bed with their gameplan. It’s enjoyable to see staffs like Niceville and Buchholz that obviously scout and prepare effective gameplans.

Didn’t get to go to the game but got updates throughout. Kimo Is really good friends with Firestone and would be great if LSU offered him too.

Apparently that game was fricking insane. Niceville got a 4th and 10 TD to tie it up on their final regulation drive. Then Bucholz missed a FG in 2OT for Niceville to win. I’ll be in Jax for Fleming Island tomorrow which should be another win for Niceville but we’ll see.

You might be right, but I will say that he has grown a lot bigger in the last year and he has good character. Those things usually translate well, but obviously I can’t say with certainty what his future holds.

Pretty much all offensive lineman are projects

You either make projects work or take none at all.

It’s not like we are deciding between him and Bryce foster.

Trindon Holliday can’t play guard too.

Leigh is a project with 5 star upside.

Where as Dellinger is so polished at hand placement and getting leverage, he’ll start game 1. Like any freshmen, he just needs to keep getting bigger and stronger.

I doubt it. He will probably need a year or two to get stronger.

We have a line full of strong guys with not enough agility and technique. This is a Les Miles type line and we don't play like that anymore. I understand Olinemen have to be strong but think we might be emphasizing strength over agility and technique too much these days. I could be way off because the lack of mid-game offensive adjustments cloud the picture on our current guys.

Ahhh, yeah i heard about that and had totally forgot the missed FG. I couldn’t believe Buchholz made it such a game since i felt Niceville was gonna roll into Tallahassee with good chance to win state. Hell, we put Buchholz’s stud rb out in 2nd qtr, but our DC kept his CBs in tight/man press coverage and their D1 wr ran right past our inexperienced cb multiple times. Thought the plan should have been stop run and force that qb to beat you passing. Cause he threw a football like uncle rico.

Does Kimo have the agility to play OT? If he's still south of 300lbs, I'd rather see if he is capable on the edge before bulking him up to play inside.
