Would have been nice but if OM wants to stretch itself thin to spite us, let them

Eventually lane’s players will depart and you’ll be left with Austin Thomas and Frank to replace them…

And I'd bet my bottom dollar Frank and Austin Thomas shite talked Lane and LSU to Lacy.

How exactly would that work? He’s played for Lane and Kevin Smith who helped develop him into one of the top RBs in CFB and he’s going to listen to 2 guys that just joined the staff?

Just means Lane and company need to find a power back to compliment Berry.

Exactly. How they gonna keep all their linemen with no money left to spend? Lacy’s as good as a paper weight if all his linemen are gone.

I’m already disliking Weis for not telling ole miss to stick it and report to Baton Rouge. He has shown his loyalty lies with ole miss Time to move on and get an OC who wants to be here.

What was Lacy ranked last year in portal? Im not looking it up but I bet it was pretty low. Kiffin got that scheme that works.

You really think Durham and Berry are better than Kewan Lacy because they were higher rated recruits? Seriously?

I think Berry is better and I’ll go on record with that. What Berry did with no blocking or running lanes this season is completely unbelievable, he’s going to be better than Lacy in Lane’s offense and possibly win the Heisman

Pretty sure Lacy is familiar with Lane. He wouldn't put much stock in what his new coach says. They're big advantage was beating UGA and keeping the hype up around campus. Money talks, but also the euphoria around his team and teammates at the moment.

OM would rather burn it all to the ground than to give Lane a W at anything.
Is re-signing stud players really considered "burning it all to the ground"?

I thought LSU and Ole Miss would switch Durham and Lacy. Beating UGA seems to have thrown everything out the window though.

One thing I’m not worried about is Kiffin and his staff identifying and developing offensive skill players. They’ve done it over and over again.

Like I said yesterday, this time next year LSU fans will be singing the praises of a few offensive players they’d never even heard of 2 weeks ago.

No way man.. Lacy is the real deal.

I guess we will find out if it’s due to lanes system. Because prior to that, no one knew his name. Similar to many other players in lanes system. These guys are just taking the money. Because they don’t even know who the frick‘s gonna be calling their plays next year or what scheme they’ll be in. These guys are successful clearly due to Lane Kiffin and his system like many many other previously unknown players.
