Tulane has a few NIL bullets to shoot. They mostly aimed at keeping Jenkins it appears. There is still abundant communications still. Regardless they are gonna take possibly 3 from portal. As ALWAYS, things do change .

Bud Elliott of 247 and Cover 3 Podcast just said that CJ West is a good player, but doesn't think he's a starter for a Top 10-15 team. Sees him more as a fit for a top 15-30 team.
Said he would definitely be a take for any team, because he's good depth worst case.

To be fair though, there are like two more weeks of the portal being open so stuff could still pop off. Wouldn't be surprised if collectives are engaging in payment negotiations with a lot of players behind the scenes in an attempt to stop them.

We'll be fine. A couple of big bad Tigers and hopefully we can control the defensive interior. They are definitely working on it. And only God knows what the conversations are like in the back channels.

Unless you’re saying that jenkins wasn’t actually the guy they’d been expecting all along, this directly contradicts shea’s intel from today.

I dunno bout pat Jenkins but this cj west guy gives lsu much needed production and depth. I like pairing Paz and West as contributing senior transfers at DT. I don't know who started the pat Jenkins hype or if it's even real.
