I really believe O is selling these kids on the fact LSU is an up and coming contender. I think they want to be a part of building that dynasty. But the sales talk will only go so far. But now they've won on the field recruiting has amped up. The fact O has yet to even make the CFP and LSU is recruiting at such a high level is a testament to how well they are recruiting. This can all change, for the better or worse, depending on how they do on the field this season. For LSU and O specifically, this season is a pivotal point in his era at LSU. And I don't think another 10 win 3 loss season with a bowl victory is going to help much. He needs to show improvement. There's a lot riding on this season, and the first big test is at Texas. That is a must win game for O.

We always need good Offensive Tackles, because Good Ones are so hard to get, especially for us. Why would you wait till next year to try and get some good ones?You're gonna run into the same challenge next year, that we are having this year. It's a big need, and we'd better push VERY hard for Dumervil, Crawford and Lindberg to try for 2.

Vol doesn't have a website he's trying to grow for his profession. It serves me no purpose to put my name out there. And no that's not a knock on Jimmy, from what I can tell he does a damn good job at what he does, and kids and coaches really seem to like him a lot.

Ok? Not trying to be an insider. Just pass along things I hear. Also not pretending to be better than Jimmy or the 247 guys. They literally make a living doing this stuff. I do it for fun. Believe it or not, I have a family, kids, and a profession of my own to tend to outside of this.

What value does anyone get by revealing who they are on a message board other than self promotion? Lets all put our personal info on here...starting with you since it's so credible. There are many anonymous posters on here who give good info and many more anonymous posters that stir up shite. Which one are you? Anyone with a brain knows that recruiting is subject to change at any moment but I still enjoy reading what info they share.

Literally no one was bringing it up and Vol told us there was smoke and a week later he committed. Also he’s Mark Richts nephew so no one thought we had a chance so it wasn’t s lucky guess.
