Jimmy Details latest podcast....

It was done prior to the weekend and had some interesting info. I recommend checking it out at his Rivals website. No link...deal with it.
Some tidbits I took from it...
Milton leaning to GA, Evans to Bama. Doesn’t believe recent Evans to LSU talk. LSU most likely target is Ashaad Johnson.
He said out of Roy and Guillory that LSU is most likely to land Roy. Didn’t say LSU wouldnt get Guillory, but I found that comment interesting. I always assumed Guillory was LSU’s to lose.
He said LSU wants 4 WR in this class. Don’t count out Koy Moore.
He said despite Domio’s dicking around after committing he will likely still end up in class as of now.
He had no clue who LSU would land next at OT, but that Dumervil was not a lock and Crawford has grade concerns.
Basically no shot at Justin Flowe.
Lot of good free info. Imo.

Don’t really see much “good” there
At one point LSU was on fire with recruiting.
OL/DL needs to finish strong here.

Sounds like a lot of potentially disappointing information in that podcast.

Don't need nor was expecting a big-time RB. Johnson would be fine in this class.

This is the most important position of need in this class. LSU getting Taylor was huge and would off-set the loss of one of these. Plus there's still other interested in the Tigers.

Plenty of WR in the state of Louisiana, LSU just needs to hold on to the ones committed and someone else will get into the class.

Could care less.

Not a need this class. But you take the best ones you can get, no projects. Next years class needs some very good olinmen in it.

wanted him, don't need him. But a very successful season may swing this in our favor.
LSU has already put together a pretty damn good class. Jenkins will end up being a steal and Taylor is a top Dlinman. Lee will get a higher rating before the end of his sr season. Berry is not scrub. Really wanted both Roy and Guillory, but I think the staff has done a great job of beating the bush and finding gems in the rubbles.
Nothing here to get excited about but nothing alarming either.

That O is going to have a hard road closing out this class in a great fashion.

If you could take some time away from your incredibly shittastic posting, would you please go frick yourself?
That would be great, thanks.
Okay. Will that help LSU close out on top tier OL/DL players in the 2020 class?

Didn’t mention that Rakim reportedly decomitted yesterday

Yeah...how would signing a Top 100 RB this year (Johnson) be a bad thing. You signed two stud running backs last year, and adding a Johnson caliber player this year would be great. I would have Kyle Edwards as a solid add to this class after Lee and Johnson.
Defensive Line is in good shape right now and would be in great shape with a Roy commitment if everyone else sticks. To me Guillory is the upgrade at NT for Berry. If you can't bring Guillory in and he decides to go elsewhere you have a NT in this class...which is needed IMO. Eric Taylor has me a little skittish about sticking.
It's clear to me LSU is going to add another Lber to this class. Still going hard after too many not to. If Jimmy is correct LSU will use another spot for a WR and Moore would be great. I also think LSU really wants to add a TE if an elite one wants to jump aboard.
Numbers are definitely tight. The fun part is seeing how it all shakes out.

I was not aware Jarrett may have bolted.
It wouldn't surprise me. Moore would likely get that 3rd WR spot.

Jimmy hasn’t been terribly accurate over the years. Vol has provided much more accurate and true info

Who told you Rakim decomitted
Posted on 6/23/19 at 11:05 am to bradleyrice13
The writing was on the wall. There was a guy from 247 who posted about his OV to Tennessee and didn’t even mention the fact that Jarret was committed to LSU.

Why would you talk down about anyone who provides information??

Jimmy projected him in Bamas class for 6 months, citing inside information. Late in the process he got cold feet and flirted with Ohio State but he never considered Bama.
I’m using a real life event to provide context. Sorry if it hurt your extremely sensitive feelings.
