I don’t think it will be that hard. MVB transferred in after Nuss had thrown for 3,000 yards. If we get Sorsby he only gets 1 year so it would give young QB’s a chance to learn Kiffins offense and be next man up.

Not accurate. Being a backup provides a reasonably good chance that you could end up playing. Also, if you have 2 or 3 years, learning in Lane’s system is the best way to get to a position of being drafted, and possibly being drafted high.

Kiffin somehow got walker howard who didn't want to be third string at LSU to be third string.

He also got Spencer Sanders to leave his starting job at Ok State to be Dart’s backup

Some kids have the constitution to come to a school and compete if they think they are good enough. I don’t think finding a backup qb will be that hard. Especially with unlimited transfers.

We could get leavitt and sorsby. Leavitt gets to heal while sorsby plays

several middling QBs out there who are serviceable but want to coach someday and would love to be at LSU under Lane. These types won't expect to start.

1+ This is the way.If Lane Kiffin is the offensive guru we all think he is, there should be a number of college QB's who have limited physical skills but a desire to someday coach. That's be the perfect #3 QB we should look for.

I mean MVB went from most likely starting at State to transfer and know he’d sit to Nuss. Chambliss transferred as a backup. If they have eligibility and are getting paid anything can happen.
