Gotta think cutting O'neal isn't an option right?

Pinson
Miller
Murray
Days
Reid

Murray will be a starter, he is easily a five star talent. The fact that he led his IMG post grad team in scoring, and all the other starters on the team is five stars is all you need to know.

We don’t even need anyone else. Great roster assembled by coach.

That's how i see the starting lineup too.

No way seneca knight starts. He is a bench guy all the way

Fwiw Wade said on Jordy’s show that he’s done and basically just waiting on Days

who is starting over him

He has 50 D-1 starts under his belt. Can be a 3 or a small ball 4.

He's going to be one of the top scorers on this team

It will either be Knight or Murray IMO. Kinda like Lester, this guy is a proven D1 scorer. Either a starter or 6th man/instant offense off bench

Also of note from Jordy's show, Mama Bear confirmed that Efton is 7'1". Her words not mine.

Coach said Murray is also a great defender. Fudge and
Colbert are good at blocking shots.

I think knight has to be the slight favorite to start at this point

The dudes averaged 11pts on 29% from 3 and 41% from 2 over 3 years.

What makes you think he comes to lsu and becomes one of the best scorers on the team?

I think it's a little more important he averaged over 17 PPG the last full season he played vs what his career scoring average is.

Yes, i have.

He has a nice shot.

I just don't think he will be a leading scorer.

He shot 40% from 2 and 29% from 3 his sophmore year.

I actually like the player and his shot.

I think he can do some good things. Nice shot off the dribble. Like how he back cuts on offense.

Look at his conference stats.

He was on a 7 win team. And he showed out

I can’t believe I’m agreeing with Lester but he is right here. At this point knight is by far the safest pick to start the 3.

Are Days and Wheeler still in play? Could you ask your sauces? Having Days back or snagging wheeler would be next level

The staff actually thinks Wilkinson is going to make a Ronald Dupree-style jump from freshman to sophomore year and might well be the 3 on next year's team.

If they're right, your lineup could look like...

Reid
Days (or O'Neal or Eason if Days doesn't come back)
Wilkinson
Miller
Pinson

With a bench so deep you can actually go 11-12 guys with no trouble. Meaning Wade will be able to run a 40 Minutes of Hell/Havoc type tempo like he was running at VCU. That could be a LOT of fun to watch. And if you think these other coaches hate him now, wait until he starts pressing them to death and running them off the floor by 25 in some of these games - it'll be almost like when Brady had his Sweet 16 team and they were throwing down dunks up 25 on the road and the opposing fans were standing up in the seats screaming at Brady.
