Hill incident videotaped?

What would it be then? I'm not a lawyer, but reading the statute it appeared consent/force wasn't an issue for battery, just the age difference and the act.

If the tape shows oral sex happen, then either way he is done and rightly so. Hell she is only 14! Just out of middle school! If true, Les needs to send this piece of shite packing ,which im sure it will happen soon.

He's toast even if she fully and completely consented. Consent is meaningless with the charge against him. At best, it might lessen the time he could serve.

Dude she is a frehsman, I know when I was in school it was normal for many of the juniors and seniors to go after the freshman. It's not that big of a deal. Personally if the video shows he didnt pressure her then I don't feel he did anything wrong. Jmo. I know they will get him for stat rape though.

While a lot of these young girls are physically developed and look older, they are not. They are still dealing with hormones and feelings that are quite new to them. The difference between a 14 and 17 yr old is exponentially huge compared to the age difference.

Just like all of us here, I don't know the whole story. But all 14 year old girls today aren't what 14 year old girls used to be. Look at the clothes they wear, the TV shows portraying slutty girls that 14 year olds watch. Sex isn't as taboo for a 14 year old (boy or girl) as it used to be for many of us growing up.
The statutory age difference is what it is and there's no defense for that. But lets not rush to the crucify the boys for "pressuring" this poor young girl mindset just yet. I hate that it has to be that way, but today's morals have made it so.

Unless I'm completely wrong, 17 is the age of consent in Louisiana, so your statement is inaccurate, because she would be legal.
It's not even close to the same thing when you actually read the laws.

That is rape and in LA they will get 15-25 years because of her age. LA is hard on under age rape.
