Other than Ruston there's not much between Shreveport and Monroe. A lot of small schools that rarely produce DI talent. Benny Logan from Coushatta was the last one from around there. Of course Jaray Jenkins currently but Jena is nowhere close to Shreveport and not all that close to Monroe.

There was this one kid, I think his name was Devin White or something like that, who was from Springhill. He says to tell you hello.

All kidding aside, most of the talent in NLA comes from Shreveport/Ruston/Monroe areas.

kind of dry this year- no one from Coushatta (mentioned above), Evangel, Minden, etc. Seems like Jonesboro Hodge hasn't sent anyone to D1 in a while, it's in range of I-20 for a drive by visit.

All the visits are in Shreveport and Monroe area, especially Neville and Ouachita, at this time.

Now one reason to drive would be two 2023 guys that may be worth a visit, Kam Franklin at Oak Grove and Tackett Curtis at Many (kinda far but whatever).

If they really want to kill some time go see Ayden Abrego at Cedar Creek. I predict we'll be hearing a bunch more about him in the next 2 years (only a So., OL).
